As every year, PSNC organized a meeting devoted to digital libraries. They were three days (8-10.12.2009) the following system: Training manual dLibra , Conference "Polish Digital Libraries" workshop and "Digital Libraries" . For me it was a very active time, since the first day I had the opportunity to perform a presentation on Europeana and its related projects, finishing on the same day for the next Rabbit Ears;), while the second day while trying to listen and prepare for two presentations on the last day :) But I made it, so therefore that I am in a band with the metadata for the Consortium: Polish Digital Libraries ", the third I have presented the conclusions of a comparison of international guidelines and standards for creating metadata, and also earned the team a sketch of a new metadata schema for Polish BC. The St Petersburg Russian Tarot is the work Shakov Yury, Russian artist known for his thumbnails of lacquer.
Shakov born July 15, 1937 in Baku, Azerbaijan and died on March 10, 1989.

The paintings were made to exact size in tempera. Sometimes Shakov had to use a magnifying glass and the support of a prosthetic arm to stabilize the hand in its preparation. Some fine details required a special brush.

The Russian Tarot of St Petersburg combines traditional tarot themes with images of Russian history and culture, connecting, and spiritual wealth of history, art and Russian culture with the symbolism of Tarot.
This cover is his latest work, published in 1989.
Cynthia Giles, explores these pictures and write a book with his interpretation, which is published in 1996.

September's tuition: metadata, Metaprograms, meta ...;)
