A moment ago I took part in today's election. It's great that after decades of oppression, we can participate in free elections.
When uploading the completed card into the ballot box, overtook me, however, a reverie. Is it really a good thing that the public can vote? What this will lead us?
Frankly, I have serious doubts whether such a hipermarketowy cashier should have the right to vote. Bo and on whom he might vote? Remember in the end, the average laborer is generally set antybiznesowo, and hence, there is a real danger to support his party, which only retard the development of Polish, scaring away foreign investors and making it uneconomic to employ Polish workers.
After a brief thought, I conclude that the right to vote shall have only those fully financially independent - such as business owners, officers, directors, and possibly even the steering wheel. But to the point. The film tells the story of the so-called. "Life shop floor" employees of the U.S. hypermarket. That's it. Employees are required to give the work a very rich life non-work activities. Stress: non-work activities, at work. And guess now, Dear Reader, who pays?

Lech Grobelny in the world of big business has already debuted in the 70s of last century, by organizing a nationwide trade images with an image of Karol Wojtyla. In 1989 he already owned a photo studio, network, exchange offices, companies and Dorchem Safe Savings Bank, which offers a much higher interest rates on deposits than state-owned PKO.

recently fell into my hands a few articles and videos that show extolling the virtues and advantages of working at Google. Unfortunately, I managed to save the address only one of them - will put it at the end. The striking

It will not move large amounts. Rather they are pennies. But the efficiency of its employees is phenomenal. They really work at maximum speed! It was nice to look at their sacrifice for the common good. For the growth of their employer. Do not bring pets to work and did not go to the gym. Do not waste your time in any other way. I just worked. Bravely puts into effect the old Polish motto: Blood, Sweat and Tears. Realized their dreams and employers a better future.
Nothing happens by itself, however. Their commitment also by itself is not clear. There must always be a reason. And the reason this is a talented and ambitious chief, who can (or not) to motivate their subordinates to work efficiently as possible.
But there is something else. Employees are, after all human beings and will never work at the same pace. A good boss must be able to recognize what type of candidate for a job has to do, and after any employment, bringing him the appropriate tests, to demonstrate its maximum "performance." Ie it must know its "120%".
This "120%" is a kind of benchmark against which to measure will be all the successes and achievements of the employee. Exactly. The company does not operate effectively at 50% of its capacity, as in Google. The company operates effectively on 100%, with the objective of these 120%. This is a basic condition for the survival of the company.

How Much Are Truffles

Dear Reader, Have you heard about Janusz Świtaju? Recently it is quite loud in the media. This man is from 1993 completely paralyzed as a result of a traffic accident.
reason why it is loud, is his desire to end life. This desire is not shared by doctors, and he is not able to do so fighting in court.
But not in this thing. Recently he got ... offered a job. Strange? Well, yes and no. One can ask whether it is able to cripple your operation. A ready answer is that obviously is not. Yes, it is able to work fairly well, but there is nothing to cheat - it is not "normal" job. And since it is not normal, what is?
In my opinion, the answer lies in the media attention this man. So now is the media that, as readers will pick up on the potential, it starts with a great crib into the crowd, just to increase viewership.
But the worst is that the crib fit into this company. In part this is understandable - oh, what kind we're generous, we work paralyzed ... It is however necessary in this place cool the situation.
What are the consequences of employment of a paralyzed man? For him - hope and stuff. For a company - you know, advertising. But for its customers - here is worse. Let's be honest, a man paralyzed, there will always be an employee of "special concern." Never reach a healthy performance from your counterpart.
So the question is, is it really correct to happened with that job offer ... Is there really hope for one man is more important than the work done correctly and the satisfaction of many customers for its business potential?
Personally, as an experienced manager, I think that sometimes there comes a moment when we must say brutally straight in the eye: I'm sorry, but there is no place for you. Privately, maybe you're a nice guy, but in the work of not coping and we need you. You're fired.
Such an approach actually may seem brutal, having regard to his paralysis. But it's hard sometimes to make a choice. Either the item does not match the the rest will be removed, or everyone will suffer. In Poland we have capitalism, and so are the rules of the game. Exposing the company at a loss just to help one man, who in addition would be just a serial employee, is not only immoral, but even illegal (due to mismanagement.)

Well, as it turned out, the majority of callers have little understanding of the law - whether it is a license, or a general law, knowledge of the law is appallingly low.
And what is even more frightening, my interlocutors present a very low propensity to live by the rules imposed on us all the right, leaning more towards - well, maybe not yet lawlessness and anarchy - but still alive, without regard for others, and without to respect any rules. Just as much for themselves.
This is particularly evident when it comes to licenses. For a few of my interlocutors, licensing issues are totally'm passing. One of them even explicitly declared its readiness to commit a crime of piracy of computer, it stops responding when the price you want for their product by the manufacturer.
wonder where we get, as a nation if we do not respect the sacred property of private companies, and even more rights. What awaits us in 50 years? Does anyone will be worth something in this country do? Can be pre-destined to fail because of pirates?
